Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
  • pass and maintain clean background check
  • ability to work full time or part time as required
  • available for all shifts
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • willingness to use personal cell phone for work-related communication

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

Job Duties

  • Assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing daily valet operations and staff performance
  • address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims professionally ensuring prompt resolution
  • verify associates are in full uniform and maintain grooming standards, monitor attendance and adherence to break and shift times
  • lead daily pre-shift meetings to communicate updates and encourage teamwork
  • manage the setup and breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas ensuring supplies are stocked
  • oversee tip handling including shift cuts and reporting, support managers with payroll, punches, and vehicle counts
  • supervise valet operations to ensure safe key handling and vehicle management, submit incident reports promptly
  • foster a team-oriented culture focused on guest service, accountability, safety, and operational excellence
  • perform other tasks as needed to support operational and financial goals, attend staff meetings, and complete required training
