Job Requirements

- One year of related supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year previous supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Management or leadership training and certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest interactions professionally
- Competent in organizing and leading teams

Job Duties
- Assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing daily valet operations and staff performance
- Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims promptly and professionally
- Verify associates are in full uniform and maintain proper grooming standards
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings and maintain open communication with management
- Manage setup and breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas
- Oversee tip handling, including shift cuts and reporting, and assist with payroll reviews
- Supervise valet operations to ensure safe key handling and vehicle management
- Foster a team-oriented culture focused on guest service, accountability, and safety
- Perform additional tasks to support operational and financial goals as needed
