Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • minimum 1 year supervisory and customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • pass and maintain clean background check
  • ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • compliance with company policies and procedures
  • demonstrate dependability and maintain work schedules
  • adhere to grooming and uniform standards
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • use personal cell phone for work-related communications and applications when required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • management or leadership related training, certifications, or business education preferred
  • ability to provide exceptional guest service through professional communication and active listening
  • strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing environments
  • dependable with strong adherence to safety procedures
  • ability to engage staff in decision-making and provide regular feedback
  • familiarity with maintaining work schedules and timely task completion

Job Duties

  • Assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing daily valet operations and staff performance
  • address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims with professionalism
  • verify associates are in full uniform and maintain proper grooming standards before clocking in
  • monitor attendance and adherence to break and shift times
  • lead daily pre-shift meetings to communicate important updates and encourage teamwork
  • manage the setup and breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas, ensuring supplies are stocked
  • oversee tip handling, including shift cuts and reporting, and support managers with payroll review
  • supervise valet operations to ensure safe key handling and vehicle management
  • submit incident reports promptly and maintain a safe environment
  • foster a team-oriented culture focused on guest service and operational excellence
  • perform other tasks to support operational and financial goals and attend staff meetings and training
