Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 1 to 2 years previous valet experience preferred
- must have 3 years or more clean driving record as confirmed by DMV report
- obtain and maintain valid Alcohol Awareness Card
- ability to maintain physical stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment
- able to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving up to 65 pounds
- ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee the porte and valet operations to provide exceptional guest service and minimize wait times
- conduct pre-shift briefings with teams on events and vital information
- maintain visibility in the porte area to assist and defuse guest escalations
- manage staff assignment and rotation to ensure smooth operations
- assist with scheduling and training in collaboration with management
- maintain cleanliness and safety of drive lanes and crosswalks
- monitor and document vehicle incidents such as damages and accidents
