Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • 1 to 2 years previous valet experience preferred
  • must have 3 years or more clean driving record as confirmed by DMV report
  • obtain and maintain valid Alcohol Awareness Card
  • ability to maintain physical stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment
  • able to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving up to 65 pounds
  • ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • 1 to 2 years previous valet experience preferred

  • ability to handle guest escalations professionally
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 65 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee the porte and valet operations to provide exceptional guest service and minimize wait times
  • conduct pre-shift briefings with teams on events and vital information
  • maintain visibility in the porte area to assist and defuse guest escalations
  • manage staff assignment and rotation to ensure smooth operations
  • assist with scheduling and training in collaboration with management
  • maintain cleanliness and safety of drive lanes and crosswalks
  • monitor and document vehicle incidents such as damages and accidents
