Job Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- friendly and outgoing
- able to smile during customer interactions
- possess an upbeat personality and strong work ethic
- maintain uniform standards when on job premises
- ability to run and move quickly
- ability to organize cars efficiently
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test
- ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid driver’s license in state of residency
- pass a criminal background check and RMV check
- be organized
- clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE’s current insurance provider

Job Duties
- Ensure team members and guests are safe at all times
- operate vehicles safely when needed to minimize accidents
- oversee the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage
- ensure all team members provide exceptional guest experiences by greeting and assisting guests
- maintain garage organization
- set a positive tone by keeping an upbeat attitude
- help team members use approved language choices
- communicate operational plans with co-workers at shift end
- enforce adherence to uniform guidelines and professional appearance
- oversee team members to maintain a professional work area
