Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous valet experience preferred
  • clean driving record with DMV verification
  • ability to lift and move up to 65 pounds
  • able to work in fast-paced, noisy environments
  • obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness Card
  • present driving record bi-annually to management
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and handle job duties under various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years previous valet experience preferred
  • 3 years or more clean driving record confirmed by DMV report
  • ability to maintain physical stamina for the role
  • strong leadership and guest service skills
  • valid Alcohol Awareness Card
  • proficiency in using vehicle tracking systems

Job Duties

  • Oversee Porte and valet operations to ensure exceptional guest service and limit wait times
  • assist with scheduling and training of valet team members
  • manage staff roles and rotations to maintain smooth operations
  • supervise cleanliness and safety of drive lanes, crosswalks, and parking areas
  • update and maintain CVPS car tracking system accuracy
  • address guest escalations and provide timely information about property amenities
  • document and report vehicle incidents and unsafe work conditions
  • monitor and direct vehicle traffic including taxis, limousines, buses, and rideshares
  • perform valet runner duties as needed
