Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness Card
- produce a clean driving record from DMV bi-annually for management review
- physical ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment
- ability to lift or move up to 65 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, balance, kneel, and reach above shoulder level
- must be able to run consistently between the valet lot and porte in various weather conditions
- good vision including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 1 to 2 years previous valet experience preferred
- 3 years or more clean driving record as confirmed by DMV report
- ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- strong communication and guest service skills
- proficiency in using car tracking and operational systems
- capability to handle guest escalations professionally
Job Duties
- Oversee porte and valet operations to ensure exceptional guest service and minimize wait times
- conduct daily pre-shift briefings with teams regarding events and important updates
- be visible and responsive in the porte to assist with and defuse guest escalations
- manage staff roles and rotations to ensure smooth operations
- assist with scheduling and training in coordination with Front Services Manager and Lead Supervisor
- maintain cleanliness and safety of drive lanes, crosswalks, and valet areas
- ensure the CVPS car tracking system is updated and accurate
- monitor staff breaks to maintain adequate coverage
- provide guests with information about property facilities and services
- direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic
- document and report vehicle incidents such as damages or accidents
- report injuries, accidents, and unsafe conditions promptly
- maintain security and safety standards in parking areas
- act as Valet Runner when needed
