Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- 18 years of age or older
- previous parking, valet, payment collection, or event experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- attention to detail
- organizational, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- previous customer service experience

Job Duties
- Lead all components of valet operations during shift block
- organize and manage daily shift challenges
- ensure compliance with uniform, attendance, and company policies
- provide leadership and support to staff and client during shift
- conduct weekly and monthly operational and employee recaps
- train staff on valet duties and responsibilities
- track valet employee attendance and work hours
- report significant operational issues to Valet Manager
- practice hands-on leadership through management by walking around
- communicate with other supervisors and managers regarding operational demands
- manage equipment including signs, cones, valet podium, software, and uniforms
- comply with cash handling practices set by leadership
