Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in valet or hospitality supervision
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to handle and document vehicle conditions accurately
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort and Casino while living supporting and promoting our values
- Provide exceptional guest service to all Team Members and guests
- Run all scheduled shifts under the direction of department leadership
- Coordinate all transportation requests
- Responsible for maintaining all company vehicles to set standards
- Train all Valet Team Members
- Responsible for recording any damage that exists on a guest's vehicle prior to accepting
- Responsible to properly and accurately park guests' vehicles in the correct parking area
- Responsible for locking vehicles and securing keys
- Responsible for returning vehicles to guests in a prompt manner in the same condition as it was received
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all team members and guests
- Handle guest luggage with care during Resort arrival and departure
- Perform any and all duties as assigned
