Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in valet or hospitality supervision
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to handle and document vehicle conditions accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in valet or hospitality supervision preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of vehicle handling and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort and Casino while living supporting and promoting our values
  • Provide exceptional guest service to all Team Members and guests
  • Run all scheduled shifts under the direction of department leadership
  • Coordinate all transportation requests
  • Responsible for maintaining all company vehicles to set standards
  • Train all Valet Team Members
  • Responsible for recording any damage that exists on a guest's vehicle prior to accepting
  • Responsible to properly and accurately park guests' vehicles in the correct parking area
  • Responsible for locking vehicles and securing keys
  • Responsible for returning vehicles to guests in a prompt manner in the same condition as it was received
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all team members and guests
  • Handle guest luggage with care during Resort arrival and departure
  • Perform any and all duties as assigned
