Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year practical experience as Supervisor or related supervisory role
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of transportation and guest services operations

Job Duties
- Monitor and improve the performance and consistency of the Transportation and Guest Services department
- Establish daily goals with team members and monitor their progress
- Coach and instruct team members on safety and customer service standards
- Ensure proper documentation and damage surveys on guest vehicles
- Assist in the investigation of vehicle damage
- Ensure all new hire team members are trained correctly in operations and standards
- Monitor team efficiency and productivity adjusting shifts as necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to handle guest and group service issues
- Assist in VIP guest transportation arrangements and communicate with departments
- Attend pre-cons and other meetings in the absence of Transportation Manager or Assistant
- Perform other duties as assigned
