Job Requirements
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least two years driving experience with a clean record
- Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be able to safely lift a minimum of 70 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs with equipment
- Must be able to operate luggage carts and physical cleaning equipment
- Must be able to twist, reach, bend, climb, and carry objects as necessary
- Capable of prolonged standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs
- Able to handle cash proficiently
- Excellent driving skills including backing vehicles into parking spots without incident
- Strong communication skills in English
- Maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance following company guidelines

Job Duties
- Greet and assist arriving guests with luggage unloading and transport to rooms
- Offer valet parking services and issue claim tickets
- Maintain confidentiality of guests' identities
- Ensure luggage is stored safely and storage areas are clean
- Assist departing guests with luggage and vehicle retrieval
- Ensure the safety and security of guests' vehicles
- Deliver guest requests including laundry, packages, and amenities promptly
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Drive vehicles safely and efficiently, including proper parking
- Maintain incident records related to vehicle operation
- Handle cash transactions proficiently
- Keep lobby and entrance areas clean and free of debris
- Maintain sidewalk cleanliness using appropriate tools
- Collaborate with other departments for overall hotel performance
- Stay calm and alert during busy or emergency situations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Open doors for guests entering and exiting the hotel
- Safely transport passengers following designated routes and schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and answering questions
- Perform regular shuttle vehicle inspections and maintenance including refueling
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Inspect and secure vehicles upon return to property
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
