Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- valid Class D license with a clean driving record
- own reliable transportation
- ability to stand and be active for extended periods
- capable of running to retrieve vehicles frequently
- able to lift and handle items like wheelchairs and baggage
- availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- pass a criminal background check
- neat appearance and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality
- valid Class D driver's license held for at least one year
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- fluent in English
- reliable and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely
- oversee valet staff and ensure smooth shift operations
- maintain communication with customers and management
- manage vehicle keys and parking stations securely
- assist with training new valet attendants
- uphold company policies and provide excellent customer service
