Job Requirements

  • must have previous computer skills when it comes to file management, communicating via email, data entry, and record keeping
  • must be able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in written form with employees and management
  • must be able to multitask and troubleshoot/problem solve issues that arise quickly
  • provide exceptional customer service and effectively handle customer issues, problems, or questions
  • provide a safe workplace that handles employee questions and concerns

Job Qualifications

  • be at least 18 years of age
  • carry a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission
  • have a clean criminal background record
  • be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • be flexible with availability
  • experience with valet parking and/or management experience

Job Duties

  • completing daily reports like shift reports, disciplinary reports, damage or claim reports
  • supervising all valet employees, including communicating schedules, verifying hours worked, and addressing any disciplinary issues that arise
  • maintaining valet operations according to policy and procedure
  • ability to attend meetings and conferences regularly
