Job Requirements
- must have previous computer skills when it comes to file management, communicating via email, data entry, and record keeping
- must be able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in written form with employees and management
- must be able to multitask and troubleshoot/problem solve issues that arise quickly
- provide exceptional customer service and effectively handle customer issues, problems, or questions
- provide a safe workplace that handles employee questions and concerns
Job Qualifications
- be at least 18 years of age
- carry a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission
- have a clean criminal background record
- be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- be flexible with availability
- experience with valet parking and/or management experience
Job Duties
- completing daily reports like shift reports, disciplinary reports, damage or claim reports
- supervising all valet employees, including communicating schedules, verifying hours worked, and addressing any disciplinary issues that arise
- maintaining valet operations according to policy and procedure
- ability to attend meetings and conferences regularly
