- possess strong computer skills including file management, email communication, data entry, and record keeping

- ensure a safe workplace and address employee questions and concerns
Job Duties
- completing daily reports like shift reports, disciplinary reports, damage or claim reports
- supervising all valet employees including communicating schedules, verifying hours worked, and addressing any disciplinary issues
- maintaining valet operations according to policy and procedure
- attending meetings and conferences regularly
- managing daily operational challenges and ensuring smooth workflow
- enforcing safety standards and promoting a secure work environment
- providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly
