Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must pass motor vehicle record check
- Must pass drug screen
- Must complete Wheelchair Safety Training course
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Must speak, read and write Standard English
- Ability to read and write simple correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and small groups
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to understand time and rates
- Ability to follow instructions in various forms
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
- Must complete Wheelchair Safety Training provided by Towne Park
- Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Must speak, read, and write Standard English
- Ability to comprehend and write simple instructions and correspondence
- Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to apply reasoning to follow written, oral or diagram instructions
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with money
- Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
Job Duties
- Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff members and coworkers
- Acknowledges and greets guests within 30 seconds of arrival
- Participates in 'The Show' and delivers 'Aggressive Hospitality' to guests
- Opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Checks in arriving guests and explains vehicle parking and retrieval procedures
- Parks and retrieves vehicles safely
- Handles guest complaints and difficult situations with composure
- Uses proper phone etiquette
- Posts in appropriate areas when not assisting guests
- Conducts effective room presentations while providing bell services
- Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries
- Maintains detailed knowledge of client facility and local area
- Leads the work group in delivering high levels of guest service
- Assigns coworkers to roles as directed by the Account Manager
- Issues and reconciles vehicle claim checks and tickets
- Secures all vehicle keys properly
- Ensures no unauthorized 'lift' services are provided
- Checks wheelchairs for safe operation and cleans them
- Protects guest confidentiality and maintains security of financial information
- Assists Account Manager with scheduling and notifying associates
- Collects and reconciles revenue
- Completes shift reports and paperwork with detail and accuracy
