Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must pass motor vehicle record check
- Must pass drug screen
- Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and all shifts
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- May be required to travel between Toledo area sites up to 5%
- Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking standard English
- Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Effective presentation skills for small groups and one-on-one situations
- Reasoning skills to carry out instructions
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand applicable rates for time passed
- Complete Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park
Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, client staff and coworkers
- Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Check in arriving guests and explain parking and retrieval procedures
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely and cautiously
- Use proper phone etiquette
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries
- Maintain detailed knowledge of facility and local attractions
- Lead workgroup in delivering exceptional guest service
- Assign routine and special roles to associates as directed
- Reduce staff during shifts following approved methods
- Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys
- Collect vehicle claim checks prior to issuing keys
- Complete ticket information and secure keys
- Ensure staff provide assistance without lifting guest
- Check and clean wheelchairs
- Protect confidentiality and maintain security of customer information
- Assist Account Manager with schedules and communication
- Identify and collect revenue
- Complete cash drops and shift reports accurately
- Reconcile revenue and tickets at shift end
