Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must pass motor vehicle record check
- Must pass drug screen
- Must complete Wheelchair Safety Training provided by Towne Park
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months related experience or equivalent education
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Ability to speak, read and write Standard English
- Ability to comprehend and write simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information
- Basic math skills
- Understanding of 24-hour and military time
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must complete Wheelchair Safety Training
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to drive manual transmission
- Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Standard English
- Able to comprehend short correspondence and instructions
- Able to present information effectively to guests and colleagues
- Able to apply reasoning to carry out tasks
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
- Understanding of 24-hour and military time formats
- Clear understanding of applicable rates based on time passed
Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff members and coworkers
- Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival to create favorable impressions
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- check in arriving guests and explain parking and retrieval procedures
- Park and retrieve vehicles cautiously with accuracy
- Use proper phone etiquette and provide bell services including delivery and pickup of items to guest rooms
- Assist with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries
- Maintain detailed knowledge of facility and amenities
- Promote teamwork through leading by example and effective communication
- Lead the work group in delivering high levels of guest service
- Assign coworkers to roles and reduce staff if directed by Account Manager
- Issue claim checks and complete ticket information accurately
- Secure all keys properly
- Ensure staff do not provide lift services but only assistance
- Check and clean wheelchairs and protect guest confidentiality according to HIPAA
- Assist Account Manager with schedules and notify associates of changes
- Identify and collect revenue for vehicles
- Complete accurate cash drops and shift reports
- Reconcile revenue and tickets at shift end
