Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred

- Physical ability to handle luggage and operate vehicles safely

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome arriving and departing guests in a proper manner
- Communicate and answer customer questions clearly and professionally
- Open car and hotel doors for guests and assist with coats and luggage
- Offer information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- Fill out valet tickets correctly and conduct vehicle damage checks
- Retrieve and park vehicles quickly and efficiently
- Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
- Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance according to uniform standards
- Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting
- Work closely with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate operations
- Support team members during busy periods or special events
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure the security of guests and vehicles
- Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents promptly
- Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment
- Maintain a positive attitude, impeccable grooming, and a genuine desire to assist guests
