Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with no tickets, accidents, or moving violations in the past 12 months
- ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- works indoors and outdoors in all types of weather including extreme temperatures and high humidity
- full availability seven days per week including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- physically able to perform duties related to guest transportation and luggage handling
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred
- previous experience working in a parking facility with type service such as airports, business office buildings, private parking structures preferred
- knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese language preferred
- excellent communication skills
- high guest service expectations
- ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Job Duties
- Park and drive vehicles
- manage parking areas including barricades and directing traffic
- transport guests to various locations
- transport guest luggage including rooms, vehicles, storage
- care and storage of guest property
- deliver items to guest rooms including newspapers, express check-outs, flowers, packages
- greet guests with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
- proactively address guest needs by answering questions and providing directions
