Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with no tickets, accidents, or moving violations in the past 12 months
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Willingness and ability to work indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather including extreme temperatures and high humidity
- Full availability seven days per week including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with no tickets, accidents, or moving violations in the past 12 months
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred
- Experience working in parking facilities including airports, business office buildings, or private parking structures preferred
- Knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese language preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- High guest service expectations
Job Duties
- Park and drive vehicles
- Manage parking areas including setting up barricades and directing traffic
- Transport guests to various locations within the resort
- Handle guest luggage including transport to rooms, vehicles, and storage
- Care for and store guest property securely
- Deliver items to guest rooms such as newspapers, express check-outs, flowers, and packages
- Greet guests with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Proactively address guest questions and provide directions and information about the hotel, resort, and surrounding areas
