Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be physically fit to perform duties including standing and running for long periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times

- Previous experience in a luxury resort preferred
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Outstanding guest service skills
- Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Open availability and commitment to work weekends
- Valid license plate and clean driving record
- Ability to stand and run for long periods
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and create a positive first impression upon arrival
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading process
- Safely and efficiently relocate guest automobiles to designated parking locations
- Maintain precise communication and coordination with hotel guest services
- Assist with valet, valet coordinator, and shuttle driver shifts as needed
- Ensure knowledge of daily events and guest requirements
- Provide courteous and professional service at all times
