Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous work experience in customer service environment beneficial
- Health care experience preferred
- Current valid driver’s license
- Meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category II drivers
- Driver history must comply with Sanford driver qualification standards for insurability

Job Duties
- Possess outstanding front line customer service and create a positive first and last impression to customers
- Assist patients, families, and other customers by meeting and greeting them, parking their vehicle, providing directions, and helping with handicapped areas
- Maintain general upkeep of all valet entrances inside and outside
- Retrieve vehicles for patients and visitors when they are ready to leave
- Assist healthcare staff when discharging patients by opening vehicle doors and loading belongings
- Operate all types of motor vehicles using manual or automatic transmissions
- Transport non-emergent patients and visitors within a one-mile radius when required
