- Previous valet, parking, or guest service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate vehicles of varying sizes safely

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Retrieve and park vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Assist guests with luggage, packages, and directions as needed
- Ensure valet tickets and records are accurately managed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet staging and parking areas
- Communicate effectively with valet team members and supervisors regarding vehicle locations, keys, and operational updates
- Conduct visual inspections of vehicles and report any pre-existing damage
- Follow all safety, security, and traffic control procedures while operating guest vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries professionally
- Support other valet and guest services duties as assigned
