Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with driving record meeting insurance requirements
- Able to operate vehicles with automatic or manual shift transmissions
- Ability to communicate with team members and guests
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing

- One or more years of related experience or training preferred
- Valid driver’s license with driving record meeting insurance requirements
- Able to drive vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests

- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing
Job Duties
- Greet guests according to service standards
- Explain parking and retrieval procedures to guests
- Respond to guest inquiries about property amenities, events, and promotions
- Answer valet phone promptly and maintain professional telephone etiquette
- Store and label guest keys properly
- Open and close vehicle doors upon guest arrival and departure
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely
- Complete accident reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
