Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old
- minimum of 3 years driving experience
- high school diploma or GED
- excellent communication skills
- ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- must obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness Card
- must provide acceptable driving record annually
- physical ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- ability to run/jog for over 50% of shifts
- stamina to work in fast-paced casino environment
- ability to handle physical demands such as bending, stooping, reaching, and kneeling
- strong problem-solving and judgment skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous valet experience preferred
- must be 19 years of age with 3 years driving experience
- high school diploma or GED certificate
- excellent communication skills both written and oral
- fluency in English
- strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business contacts and employees at all levels
- results-oriented and hands-on professional
- ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically

- ability to interpret and follow instructions in various formats
- must obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness Card

Job Duties
- Open hotel main doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
- assist guests with opening/closing vehicle doors
- welcome guests and visitors with appropriate greetings of the day
- acknowledge and greet guests within 25 to 30 seconds and provide professional, fast and friendly service
- communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors
- tag guest vehicle keys with date & time, registration number, make/model, room number or contact number of the guest
- verify guests ticket with the one attached to the key before handing over keys or vehicle to the guest
- park and retrieve guests cars without causing damage
- drive and operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- provide guests with information on property facilities, amenities, services, and special events
- give fond farewell to departing guests as per standards
- monitor and direct vehicle traffic including taxis, limousines, buses, and rideshare
- maintain security of vehicles, belongings, and keys
- follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction of their requests
- document and report vehicle incidents such as damages, accidents, theft, and missing articles
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to supervisors
- maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas
- manage traffic flow when parking reaches capacity and inform staff accordingly
