Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or parking services preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive stick shift (manual transmission) vehicles
- Availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to comply with union membership and availability requirements
- Good physical condition to handle lifting and extended standing periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service or valet parking role preferred
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing schedules
Job Duties
- Operate vehicles using safe driving practices to transport guest vehicles to and from parking garage
- Ticket vehicles with guest and car details, maintaining accurate logs and reports
- Greet and assist guests with inquiries concerning local attractions, parking options, and services
- Answer valet phone calls promptly using clear and positive communication, arranging and confirming valet requests
- Assist Door Attendants in opening car doors and handling luggage to ensure smooth traffic flow
- Maintain cleanliness of guest vehicles and return them in original condition
- Perform additional tasks as assigned including support roles such as Bell Help, Laundry Valet, Messenger, or Door Attendant
