Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Trade school and/or training helpful
- Prior experience in guest service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess and maintain a clean driver's license
- Ability to work independently or as a team to complete job tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Upholds and complies with Casino standards at all times
- Assist all arriving and departing guests of the Casino by properly handling their vehicles
- Provides information to guests and patrons regarding Casino facilities and directions
- Processes tags for vehicle pickup and delivery and provide coat check and scooter rental when needed
- Operates and park both automatic and stick shift vehicles
- Follows all cash handling procedures
- Checks the vehicle for damages
- Demonstrates consistent regard and dedication to guests, vendors, colleagues, and the Company by being engaged, interested and productive
- Exhibits respectful consideration of viewpoints, situations, and others
- Places the guest's experience and safety at the forefront of every decision
- Assists guests in giving directions within the Casino
- Asks for feedback and guest experience
- Performs other tasks as assigned
