Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree, high school diploma, or GED required, or relevant working experience
  • Experience in valet parking
  • Valid US driver's license
  • 2+ years in a management position
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP
  • Experience with customer service

Job Duties

  • Establish positive guest relationships through consistent delivery of customer service
  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival and departure
  • Ensure valet attendants provide the highest level of customer service
  • Provide strong leadership and lead by example to enhance team performance
  • Monitor and maintain efficient traffic flow throughout valet staging area
  • Supervise valet operations and resolve issues in absence of Guest Service Manager
  • Retrieve and park vehicles in designated areas cautiously
  • Follow appearance and attendance standards as set forth by Evolution Parking & Guest Services
  • Execute all terms and conditions in company handbook and policies
  • Adhere to site-specific safety and security procedures
  • Maintain clean and neat work environment including ramp, valet desk, and surrounding areas
  • Ensure all keys are properly stowed in the key box
  • Participate in Crescendo Academy and leadership development programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
