- valid driver's license with a clean record with no history of accidents or moving violations
- must be able to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of safety and security procedures related to parking and vehicle management
- ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- strong observational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- previous experience in parking management or guest services is preferred but not required
