Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Two years of driving experience
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns amicably
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage up to 100 lbs
- Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospitality or valet experience preferred
- Ability to deal effectively with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills including ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move packages and luggage up to 100 lbs continuously throughout shift
- Must represent the company in a professional, well-groomed, and courteous manner at all times
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all guests, check-ins/outs, and effectively resolve challenging guest requests and complaints
- Lift, carry, load luggage onto bell cart, read and match luggage tags, write claim tickets, and escort guests to their rooms with their items
- Park cars and ensure the front drive of the hotel is guest ready at all times
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and decorum including remaining calm and alert during emergency or heavy hotel activity
- Attend all scheduled mandatory Guest Services Department meetings, trainings, and hotel meetings
- Perform all other related duties and special projects as requested or assigned
