Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • ability to drive and maneuver vehicles safely
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • willingness to work flexible hours as required
  • ability to lift and move vehicles or equipment as necessary
  • comply with all company policies and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in automotive or related industry preferred
  • valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • ability to operate various vehicle types safely
  • strong attention to detail
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Drive vehicles to and from showroom, exterior vehicle display areas, service department, gas station, or other storage areas to designated location as needed to maintain inventory and assist in retrieval of vehicles
  • fill vehicles with fuel as needed
  • receive and inspect vehicles delivered to dealership to ensure vehicles are free of damage
  • document any damage during inspection to dealership standards
  • ensure required documents and RFID tags are placed in correct vehicle and keys and books delivered to inventory control clerk
  • organize and maintain keys and key tags in key boxes
  • deliver keys and other materials to various departments as needed
  • perform general clean-up of demo vehicles and other vehicles as required
  • keep vehicle lots and designated department neat and organized
  • proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management, and other departments to provide best possible customer experience
  • abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures
  • perform other duties as assigned
