Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to lift heavy objects
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
  • ability to pass background check and drug screening

  • previous experience in automotive or similar environment is a plus

Job Duties

  • Drive vehicles to and from showroom, exterior vehicle display areas, service department, gas station, or other storage areas to designated location as needed to maintain inventory and assist in retrieval of vehicles
  • fill vehicles with fuel as needed
  • receive and inspect vehicles delivered to dealership to ensure vehicles are free of damage
  • document damage to dealership standards if found
  • ensure required documents and RFID tags are placed in correct vehicle and keys and books delivered to inventory control clerk
  • organize and maintain keys and key tags in key boxes
  • deliver keys and other materials to various departments as needed
  • perform general clean-up of demo vehicles and other vehicles as required
  • keep vehicle lots and designated department neat and organized
  • proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management and other departments
  • abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures
  • perform other duties as assigned
