- minimum age of 19
- age 22 preferred with valid motor vehicle record
- valid unsuspended driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work
- ability to pass background and drug screening
- availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable, accountable, and punctual
- comfort receiving feedback and adapting quickly
