Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of customer service experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- good physical condition to run and stand for long periods
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds
- provide professional, fast, fun and friendly service
- park and retrieve vehicles
- maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, hotel staff and co-workers
- practice AAA Basics
- immediately secure all keys
- adhere to all AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards
- ensure all guest's valet experience is memorable and unique
- run fast to retrieve cars
- drive slow when presenting cars
- work regularly outdoors and exposed to car exhaust fumes
