Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum one year experience in customer service or related field
valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
physical stamina to handle vehicle parking and retrieval
comply with uniform and appearance standards

Job Duties

Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds
provide professional, fast, fun and friendly service
park and retrieve vehicles
maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff and co-workers
practice AAA Basics and immediately secure all keys
adhere to all AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards
ensure all guest's valet experience are memorable and unique
run fast to retrieve cars
drive slow when presenting cars
regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and frequently exposed to car exhaust fumes
