Job Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to secure vehicle keys immediately
Ability to adhere to uniform and appearance standards
Valid driver’s license
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties

Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds
Provide professional, fast, fun and friendly service
Park and retrieve vehicles
Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, hotel staff and co-workers
Practice AAA Basics
Secure all keys immediately
Adhere to AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards
Ensure all guest valet experiences are memorable and unique
Run fast to retrieve cars
Drive slow when presenting cars
