Job Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and less than 3 points at time of hire
No more than 2 points within the last two years
Must be insurable by hospital insurance for driving
Must report any additional driving points within 48 hours
Ability to operate standard and automatic vehicles
Ability to walk and bend continuously
Must be able to assist with wheelchairs and lift light to medium weight luggage
Must work outdoors in various weather conditions
Availability to work Monday through Friday with variable shifts
Weekend availability as needed
Must be able to communicate effectively
Flexible and able to perform additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Must possess a valid driver's license with less than 3 points at the time of hire
Proven ability to operate all standard and automatic transmission vehicles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assist customers into wheelchairs and handle light to medium weight bags
Capability to walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting
Flexibility to work variable shifts including early mornings and occasional weekends
Previous experience in a customer service or valet role preferred

Job Duties

Greet customers and assist with parking their vehicles in a safe and professional manner
Assist patients and visitors with entering and exiting vehicles
Provide help with wheelchairs and push them into the building
Operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles effectively
Communicate effectively with customers and hospital personnel
Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
Perform additional duties such as entrance screening, wayfinding, and visitation management as assigned
