Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and courtesy
- previous experience in a customer service or valet position is preferred, but not required
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- assist with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring guests' belongings are handled with care
- provide directions or information about the property and surrounding area as needed
- monitor the condition of vehicles, reporting any damages or issues to management immediately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area, including key control and vehicle staging areas
- assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met
- follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment
- maintain a high level of customer service, always ensuring a positive guest experience
- perform other duties as assigned by the Valet Supervisor/Manager
