Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Ability to handle physical tasks such as luggage loading and vehicle movement

- Basic knowledge of local area and ability to provide directions
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring guests' belongings are handled with care
- Provide directions or information about the property and surrounding area as needed
- Monitor the condition of vehicles, reporting any damages or issues to management immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area, including key control and vehicle staging areas
- Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment
- Maintain a high level of customer service, always ensuring a positive guest experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Valet Supervisor/Manager
