Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory or related customer service/hospitality experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Pass and maintain clean background check
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service and communication
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle competing demands
  • Dependable with strong safety focus and equipment maintenance skills
  • Ability to foster team engagement and provide feedback
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work communication as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory or related customer service/hospitality experience preferred
  • Management or leadership training preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Strong communication and active listening skills

Job Duties

  • Assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing valet operations and staff performance
  • Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims professionally and promptly
  • Verify associates are in full uniform and maintain grooming standards
  • Monitor attendance and adherence to break and shift times
  • Lead daily pre-shift meetings and maintain open communication with managers
  • Manage setup and breakdown of valet equipment and supply stocking
  • Oversee tip handling, shift cuts, payroll review, and vehicle count submissions
  • Supervise safe key handling and vehicle management
  • Submit incident reports and maintain a safe environment
  • Foster a team-oriented culture focused on guest service and accountability
