Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or related customer service/hospitality experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Pass and maintain clean background check
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service and communication
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle competing demands
- Dependable with strong safety focus and equipment maintenance skills
- Ability to foster team engagement and provide feedback
- Ability to use personal cell phone for work communication as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing valet operations and staff performance
- Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims professionally and promptly
- Verify associates are in full uniform and maintain grooming standards
- Monitor attendance and adherence to break and shift times
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings and maintain open communication with managers
- Manage setup and breakdown of valet equipment and supply stocking
- Oversee tip handling, shift cuts, payroll review, and vehicle count submissions
- Supervise safe key handling and vehicle management
- Submit incident reports and maintain a safe environment
- Foster a team-oriented culture focused on guest service and accountability
