Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year supervisory or related customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with not more than three moving violations in three years
- Pass and maintain clean background check
- Ability to stand and walk extended periods
- Ability to lift moderate weights when necessary
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments
- Dependable and safety conscious
- Use personal cell phone for work-related communication
- Flexible to work full-time or part-time schedules

Job Duties
- Assist Guest Service Manager in overseeing valet operations and staff performance
- Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues professionally
- Verify team compliance with uniforms and grooming standards
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings and maintain communication with management
- Manage valet equipment setup and supplies inventory
- Oversee tip handling, payroll support, and reporting accuracy
- Supervise safe valet operations and incident reporting
- Foster a team-oriented culture focused on service excellence
- Perform additional tasks to support operational goals and attend trainings on time
