Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- Motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Ability to work all shifts
- Willingness to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights
- Ability to use personal cell phone for work communication
- Adherence to safety and company policies
- Dependability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum one year supervisory experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Management or leadership training and certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service and communication
- Skilled in organizational support and adaptability
- Ability to foster team culture and provide leadership
- Capable of handling physical demands including standing and walking
Job Duties
- Assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing daily valet operations and staff performance
- Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims with professionalism and prompt resolution
- Verify associates are in full uniform and maintain grooming standards
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings to communicate updates and encourage teamwork
- Manage the setup and breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas
- Oversee tip handling, shift cuts, reporting, and support payroll review
- Supervise valet operations to ensure safety and submit incident reports promptly
