Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field

Job Duties

  • Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, setting clear goals and expectations
  • Analyze financial data for assigned parking locations to make informed decisions regarding budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation
  • Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Coordinate parking logistics for special events and venues
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and proactively addressing any concerns
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that can drive growth
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
