Job Requirements

  • Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
  • ability to organize cars efficiently
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a manual transmission driving test
  • ability to lift minimum 50 lbs
  • be at least 18 years of age
  • possess valid driver’s license
  • pass criminal background and RMV checks
  • possess organizational skills
  • availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Dayforce, parking revenue control software and hardware

Job Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or customer service
  • proficient in English verbally and written
  • strong communication skills
  • leadership and team management experience
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dayforce, and parking revenue control software
  • knowledge of safety and operational procedures
  • ability to train and develop staff

Job Duties

  • Oversee schedule and ensure all positions have coverage at all times including breaks
  • operate vehicles safely
  • oversee tracking of keys and vehicles
  • ensure work areas are neat and clean
  • provide top-notch customer service and ensure team members greet and assist guests
  • be the point of contact for customer inquiries
  • manage impact situations such as accidents or lost keys
  • adhere to VPNE professionalism and appearance standards
  • understand and support key performance indicators
  • lead a positive and supportive team culture
  • lead training and staffing management
  • enforce correct VPNE uniform and policies
  • maintain organization at the location
  • handle team member relations issues and communicate with HR
  • assist in recruiting and training team members
  • track and submit expenses according to policy
  • audit location and review daily reports
