Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in valet operations, hospitality, or parking management
- supervisory experience preferred
- strong leadership and team coordination skills
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- working knowledge of scheduling and payroll systems
- outstanding customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and event days
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Job Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in valet operations, hospitality, or parking management (supervisory experience preferred)

- outstanding customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervise and support the valet team across multiple sites within the Centennial Yards development
- develop and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage for hotel, event, and retail parking operations
- assist with timekeeping, payroll processing, and verification of employee hours
- oversee valet operations during peak hours and major events to maintain a high standard of service
- train and mentor valet attendants on guest service, safety, and operational procedures
- monitor vehicle flow, key control, and safety compliance across all valet areas
- serve as the main point of contact between the valet team, property management, and event partners
- address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally
- maintain accurate operational reports and assist with performance tracking and budgeting
