Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residency
Have the ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a manual transmission driving test
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to run and move quickly
Maintain uniform standards
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to organize cars efficiently
Supervisory experience
Ability to smile during customer interactions
Pass a criminal background check and RMV check
Create relationships with customers
Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE’s insurance provider

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Ensure employees and guests are safe at all times
Safely operate vehicles to minimize the potential for accidents if needed
Oversee the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage
Provide exceptional guest experiences by smiling at, greeting, and helping every guest as they enter the garage
Set the tone for the workplace by keeping an upbeat attitude
Create a positive environment for the team members and customers
Remind team members to use approved language choices
Communicate organizational plans with co-workers at shift end
Maintain appearance and enforce uniform guidelines
Oversee team members and keep a professional work area
Train new valets with the necessary knowledge and skills
