Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid Driver's License in the state of residency
- ability to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
- ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to run and move quickly
- maintain uniform standards when on job premises
- possess an upbeat personality and willingness to go the extra mile
- supervisory experience
- ability to create relationships with customers
- friendly and outgoing
- ability to smile during customer interactions
- possess a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's insurance provider
- ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle

Job Duties
- Ensure employees and guests are safe at all times
- safely operate vehicles to minimize accidents, if needed
- oversee the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage
- ensure all team members provide exceptional guest experiences by smiling at, greeting, and helping every guest as they enter the garage
- set the tone for the workplace by keeping an upbeat attitude
- create a positive environment for team members and customers
- remind team members to always use approved language choices
- communicate with co-workers to inform each other of the organizational plan constructed when the shift is over
- set an example by looking sharp and helping employees adhere to uniform guidelines
- oversee team members and maintain a professional work area
- train new valets, providing them with necessary knowledge and skills
