Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or valet services
valid driver's license with a clean driving record
physically fit and able to run short distances repeatedly
able to lift luggage up to 50 lbs
willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions
ability to handle guest property with care and maintain confidentiality
ability to comply with safety protocols and traffic regulations

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or valet services
supervisory experience is a plus
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
physically fit and able to run short distances repeatedly
valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
assist with opening vehicle doors, handling luggage, and directing guests as needed
answer guest inquiries about the facility, nearby attractions, or services
safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas
ensure proper handling of keys and maintain accurate vehicle logs
adhere to traffic and parking regulations at all times
inspect vehicles for any damage before parking and report issues promptly
handle guest property with care and maintain a high level of confidentiality
follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage to vehicles
keep valet area clean, organized, and free of hazards
manage parking lot capacity and maximize available space
use valet management systems or ticketing software if applicable
work closely with other attendants to ensure seamless guest experiences
communicate effectively with supervisors about operational issues or guest concerns
