The Garage Valet Attendant position is a pivotal customer service role within the parking operations of a busy establishment. Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
able to smile during customer interactions
willingness to go the extra mile
maintain uniform standards when on job premises
ability to communicate in English
ability to move quickly
ability to organize cars efficiently
ability to stand for long periods
ability to operate vehicles and pass driving test on manual transmission
ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
possess a valid driver’s license
pass a criminal background check and RMV check
ability to be organized
clean driving record deemed insurable

Job Duties

keep safety of self and others in mind at all times
park customers' vehicles in designated parking spots safely and securely
keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage
provide exceptional guest experience
maintain organization at operation
use professional communication and approved language
provide information about garage hours, rates, or promotions upon request
adhere to safety protocols and procedures including wearing appropriate safety gear
fill out damage or accident reports
perform cleaning duties as assigned
help facilitate transition at the end of the shift
maintain a neatly groomed appearance
