Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing professional, friendly valet service
- open vehicle doors and assist guests as needed to ensure a positive first impression
- direct traffic in the parking area and assist guests entering or exiting the parking lot or garage
- collect, tag, and securely store vehicle keys to ensure accurate and timely return to guests
- safely park guest vehicles in designated areas while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
- retrieve vehicles promptly and deliver them to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- ensure all parked vehicles are locked and handled with care
- operate guest vehicles responsibly and maintain a high level of safety at all times
- maintain accurate records of vehicles, keys, and daily transactions
- assist with general parking area organization and cleanliness
- perform other duties as assigned to support operations and guest service
